The Bee Lab typically doesn’t not offer bee swarm collection or bee removal services. However, there are some situations or jobs refused by other beekeepers or pest control agencies which require more assistance. These are usually for bumble bee colonies and honey bee swarms in sensitive high foot-traffic areas or situations with high safety concerns. We accept requests on a case-by-case basis depending on season, location, and availability of our technicians.
Please note: We do not use any harmful chemicals for bee extractions. Any bee extractions that require physical damage to a building, tree, or property will not be accepted.
- Honey bee removals are $50/hr, must be within Lancaster County
- Bumble Bee removals are $100/hr, must be within Lancaster County
